3. Booking & Payments
- Your booking is confirmed when we email you.
- Full payment must be to book your course.
- We accept payments via card, cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
4. Course Changes or Cancellations
Your changes:
- Date changes: £50 admin fee. Requests must be emailed and can only be made once.
Our changes:
- We may update course content or schedules to meet regulatory or accreditation requirements.
Cancellations:
- Refunds depend on notice period:
- 22+ days before the course: Full refund minus £50 admin fee.
- Less than 22 days: No refund unless we resell your spot, in which case you’ll be refunded the difference minus the admin fee.
5. Attendance & Conduct
- Attend all sessions to complete your course.
- 80% attendance rule: Falling below may result in removal without refund.
- Prohibited: Drugs, alcohol, or disruptive behaviour.
- Inform us immediately of any changes affecting your ability to attend.
6. Your Rights
- Cooling-off period: 14 days after booking for a full refund unless the course starts within this period.
- Issues with the course: Contact us to discuss refunds or corrections.
7. Our Rights
- We may cancel your booking if payment isn’t made or attendance rules are not met.
- We may charge interest on late payments (3% above Bank of Scotland’s base rate).
8. Liability
- We are only responsible for losses directly caused by us and foreseeable at the time of booking.
- We are not liable for business losses or events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather).

- We will handle your personal information as outlined in our GDPR policy.
10. Legal Information
- This contract is governed by Scots law.
- Consumers may bring disputes to Scottish, English, or Northern Irish courts. Businesses must use Scottish courts.
